WKCD Arts Pavilion
Structure as setting
AB’s proposal for the West Kowloon Cultural District arts pavilion employed a sequence of inclined trusses, proportionally decreasing in height as width and span reduced. This strategy created gallery spaces of varying size; 75 sq.m, 125 sq.m and 200 sq.m; able to be combined into one larger 400 sq.m space.
