Sydenham Fine Grain Masterplan

Possibilities for a light industrial legacy

Engaged by the NSW Office of the Government Architect and the Department of Planning and Environment, AB have prepared a fine grain study and masterplan for the precinct surrounding Sydenham station. Catalysed by the new metro station upgrade, the proposal identified a series of strategic transformations to enhance the precinct and support hospitality and creative uses, coexisting with the light industry the characterizes the area.
