Balmain House

The clients for the balmain house sought to increase the quality of their space, opting to retain the existing footprint but improve the built fabric. The roof was elevated and a generous connection created to the rear garden via sliding aluminium doors. The 7.5m clear span creates a continuity of space between dwelling and garden, effectively becoming one generous dwelling space.
